Architectural
3D virtual models are created to show how a building's exterior and interior will look before it is produced. Clients can use these to assist in obtaining planning permission and gaining approval from interested parties.

Exteriors of buildings can be modelled to show new buildings, or conversions to existing buildings. Photo montages are also possible.

Interiors can be modelled to assist with spatial planning - lighting, and colour schemes.

Virtual photographs can be taken to produce a variety of images from the one model. Multiple camera angles can be placed around the model to give various views from eye-level. Walk-through animations can be provided. These can be saved onto CD or played as avi files downloaded from the web.

Conventional 2D plans and elevations can also be produced.

A new entrance extension was proposed for this church to let additional light into the building.

We were approached by the architect whose original plans and elevations were imported into the CAD package and then scaled to full size. This went on to form the 3d model which gave their client a view of how it was going to look on completion.

The purpose of the project was to reorganize the interior to make better sightlines and increase seating capacity for the congregation. This included the relocation of the rood screen which was originally located in front of the altar.

The original plans and elevations were imported into the CAD Package and then scaled to full size. The individual elements were then created from scratch to form a 3d computer generated model placed into the original site plan.
